Updated

Between 00:17 and 01:27 the API was returning 404 Not Found errors for all users. The server was still running properly so this appears to have been caused by the cached user list being empty (https://github.com/samuelthomas2774/nxapi/blob/0e33825d27dd5de87af482ebee5661480f9bbe66/src/cli/presence-server.ts#L335-L340), which also prevented the data being updated. The issue was resolved by restarting the presence server process, forcing it to fetch the data properly. I have no idea what caused this but I'll update the API to still refresh the data if the requested user doesn't exist.
